Please, follow these steps in your web-brouwser:
  •        click on TOOLS
  •        Internet options
  •        Programs:       E-mail:  --  choose your default e-mail program.

Often, the configuration is still automatically set to e.g.,  "Outlook" -  even if you use another e-mail program.
