12 EBBS full registration fellowships

The European Brain and Behaviour Society (EBBS) is glad to announce 12 (Twelve) full registration fellowships for PhD students or postdocs attending and participating in the Conference Frontiers in Stress and Cognition: From Molecules to Behavior taking place in Ascona, Switzerland, next September 23rd-26th 2012. This Conference will gather together international leaders in behavioral, cellular, molecular and imaging studies of stress and cognition in animals, healthy humans, and clinical populations.

The PhD students or postdocs must fulfill the following requirements and register at The Official Ascona Meeting WebsiteThe Official Ascona Meeting Website:

  • Being a member of the EBBS (if not yet a member, you can apply for membership before registration http://www.ebbs-science.org/cms/forms/membership-application.html

Submission deadline: January 27th 2012. These fellowships cover the full conference costs: conference fees, material, accommodation (3 nights: 23-26 September), coffee breaks and all meals. Thus, conference registration is waived to the awardees. Please, note that travel is not included and should be at the expense of the participant.

Frontiers in Stress and Cognition: From Molecules to Behavior

September 23rd to 26th 2012 - Ascona, Switzerland

 

Stress has a major impact on cognition and on neuropsychiatric disorders related to disturbed cognitive functions such as depression, posttraumatic stress disorder and Alzheimer's disease.

This conference will gather together international leaders in behavioral, cellular, molecular and imaging studies of stress and cognition in animals, healthy humans, and clinical populations.
